With the Alpine Frost Sharpener, Caran d’Ache transforms an everyday object into a collector’s piece. This special edition celebrates the beauty of Swiss winter landscapes with a metal body coated in iridescent glacier blue, enhanced by elegant nickel-plated details. Its shimmering finish evokes the reflections of ice and snow under mountain sunlight.
Designed for precision and durability, this iconic sharpener handles both round and hexagonal pencils with diameters between 4 and 10 mm. The sharpening type can be adjusted to achieve either a fine or broad tip, making it suitable for artists, designers and writing enthusiasts alike. A sturdy metal clamping system allows the machine to be securely fixed to a desk or shelf for stable use.
Each piece is presented in a gift box decorated with frosty blue and white geometric patterns that mirror the collection’s Alpine inspiration. A symbol of Swiss craftsmanship, this sharpener is as functional as it is collectible.
