We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and promptly. For this reason, we use reputable carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, DHL and Bpost for our shipping needs. Every order is shipped insured and with tracking.
Our Insured mail shipping option will be delivered by your local post office, such as USPS in the United States, Deutsche Post in Germany, An Post in Ireland, La Poste in France,.... This ensures that your package is handled with care from our shop to your doorstep.
Every order is carefully wrapped so nothing can happen to it during shipping. If ordered before 4 pm it's being shipped the same day.

VAT
VAT and Import Duty Information
When making a purchase from our store, it's important to understand how VAT and import duties are handled based on your location.
For Orders Within Europe:
- Local VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied to your order. The VAT rate is determined by the country in which the goods are being delivered. This ensures compliance with European tax regulations, providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience for our customers within Europe.
For Orders Outside of Europe:
- No VAT will be charged on your order, however additional import duties may apply determined by your country's customs policies

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to products that you have requested to be engraved, or have otherwise been made to your specific requirements. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold, unused and in their original condition, with the sales invoice received with your order. If you decide to return the goods within this 14 day period, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the return.
