All orders are shipped insured and with track and trace. Orders in Europe are shipped with GLS and DHL, orders outside Europe are shipped by DHL Express, USPS, ...

Every order is carefully wrapped so nothing can happen to it during transportation. Every day, we have pens which are shipped around the globe. 95% of our orders are shipped within 1 or 2 days.Most of the products on our site are in stock. Should you happen to order a pen which we do not have in stock at that time, we will contact you asap with the estimated delivery period. 

For orders outside the European Union the 21% VAT will be deducted automatically.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the order you have received for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to products that you have requested to be engraved, or have otherwise been made to your specific requirements. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold, unused and in their original condition, with the sales invoice received with your order. If you decide to return the goods within this 14 day period, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the return.
