The Faber-Castell Tamitio Dark Bordeaux Fountain Pen has a slim, ribbed metal barrel with a multilayer matte powder coat in a deep bordeaux. The chrome plated trim is partially lacquered in the same shade, so the glossy accents pick up the tone of the barrel rather than contrast with it.
The Tamitio accepts standard international cartridges and works with a converter. One is included so you can use bottled ink straight away. The pen comes presented in an elegant gift box.
