The J. Herbin Cleaning Cartridges are six cartridges filled with cleaning fluid that you slot into your fountain pen like an ink cartridge. They flush old ink out of the pen without taking it apart, handy before you fill a new ink colour. The cartridges are a universal size and fit most fountain pens.
You swap the empty ink cartridge for a cleaning cartridge and let the fluid run through the nib until it comes out clean. The fluid is made from natural, biodegradable products. The six cartridges come in a metal tin with an instruction leaflet. Herbin has been making ink in France for over 350 years.
