When I order, when do I receive my package and how is it wrapped
- All orders are shipped insured and with track and trace. Orders in Europe are shipped with GLS and DHL, orders outside Europe are shipped by DHL Express, USPS, ...
- Every order is carefully wrapped so nothing can happen to it during transportation. Every day, we have pens that are shipped around the globe. 95% of our orders are shipped within 1 or 2 days.
- Most of the products on our site are in stock. Should you happen to order a pen that we do not have in stock at that time, we will contact you asap with the estimated delivery period.
