The Pelikan Edelstein Mandarin Ink is a mandarin-orange ink, bright in tone, with a broad nib you get pretty light-to-dark shifts. The colour is named after mandarin garnet. The ink carries the colour of its gemstone.
The ink flows smoothly from most fountain pens and shows nice shading, strongest with a broad nib. Edelstein is Pelikan's premium ink line, named for the gemstones behind every colour (edelstein is German for gemstone).
The ink comes in a 50 ml glass bottle, made in Germany. See the full range at Pelikan Edelstein ink.
