An engraved name turns a good pen into that person's pen. It is a small thing, three or four words on a barrel, but it is the difference between a present someone likes and one they keep in a drawer for twenty years. We engrave at no extra cost, which is worth knowing before you compare prices elsewhere.
The sets themselves come from four makers. Parker builds around the IM and Sonnet, usually a fountain pen paired with a ballpoint. Pelikan offers the Jazz Noble Elegance in six finishes, Pearl White through to Sapphire Blue. Lamy has the Logo and ST twin pen sets, several with a leather case. Caran d'Ache makes the Ecridor in Switzerland, heavier in the hand than most people expect.

Frequently asked questions about pen gift sets
Is my order gift wrapped?
Yes, free of charge. The sets also arrive in the manufacturer's own presentation box, so they are ready to hand over as they are. Add your message at checkout if you want a card included.
How much text fits on an engraved pen?
It depends on the barrel. A first name and a date usually fits comfortably; a full name with a long message often does not. The product page shows the limit per pen. Check your spelling before ordering, since an engraved pen cannot be returned.
Are refills or ink included?
Ballpoints come with a refill fitted. Fountain pen sets usually include a converter or a few ink cartridges, depending on the brand. The product page lists exactly what is in the box.
