For Christmas 2026 Caran d'Ache presents Toile de Jouy, Geneva Edition. The Caran d'Ache Léman Toile de Jouy Special Edition Fountain Pen has a body in a pearly burgundy lacquer under a glossy varnish. The guilloché cap takes its pattern from the cobblestones of Place du Bourg-de-Four, the old square in Geneva where Caran d'Ache has its own boutique. Clip and button are silver and rhodium plated, topped with the Caran d'Ache hexagon in burgundy lacquer.
The nib is 18 carat gold, rhodium plated and polished by hand. We stock this set with a Medium nib. At 141 mm and 56 grams the pen has a reassuring weight in the hand.
The box holds a converter and two Idyllic Blue cartridges; after that you can use any Caran d'Ache Chromatics cartridge or bottled ink. The pen comes with a pouch in burgundy grained cowhide, all in a gift box with the Toile de Jouy pattern and a ribbon. More versions are in the Caran d'Ache Léman range.
