Diplomat Cobra Guilloche Burgundy Red Fountain Pen

The Diplomat Cobra Guilloche Burgundy Red Fountain Pen carries Diplomat's reptile inspired line forward from where the Viper left off. The body has a deeply engraved guilloche pattern that echoes the scales of a snake. You notice it the moment you pick the pen up: finely ridged, with just enough grip to hold it firmly without any strain. The burgundy red tone is deep and warm, and the matte finish lets the relief of the pattern stand out all the more.

The feature the Cobra inherits from the Viper is its magnetic cap. It pulls off in a single motion and snaps back just as easily, with no threads and no fuss. The clip, ring and cap are finished in polished black PVD, while the grip ring near the nib is chrome and carries the Diplomat logo. The play of a matte body, glossy black and a touch of chrome gives the pen a clean, contemporary look.

The fountain pen is fitted with a Diplomat Excellence stainless steel nib, in EF, F, M and B, so you can match the pen to your handwriting. Use it with cartridges or the included converter, so you fill it from a bottle or drop in a cartridge, whichever suits you. Diplomat backs the pen with a five year warranty.
