The Lamy safari Neon Yellow is the 2026 Special Edition rollerball with a glossy fluorescent yellow finish and black contrast trim. The plastic body in neon yellow has a glossy finish and is paired with a translucent grip in a lighter yellow tint. Together with the Neon Pink from the same 2026 release, this rollerball makes up the new Safari Special Edition duo.
The triangular grip positions the fingers naturally on the pen, one of the reasons the safari has been one of Lamy's best selling models since the 1980s. The rollerball writes smoothly with a wet line reminiscent of a fountain pen, without the maintenance. The cap snaps shut audibly and posts on the back of the pen during writing.
The Safari rollerball takes Lamy M63 rollerball refills and ships with a blue M refill. The pen is delivered in a Lamy gift box.
