The Leuchtturm1917 Drehgriffel Nr. 2 Pencil Bullet Journal Edition Black is the mechanical pencil Leuchtturm1917 developed with Ryder Carroll, the man behind bullet journaling, for the Bullet Journal range. The tip and the twist head are shiny silver steel and stand out against the matt black body, a sandblasted aluminium centrepiece with the logo printed in glossy black lacquer.
The Bullet Journal lightning bolt is engraved on top of the twist head. The mechanism is made in Germany and screwed into the tip, so it sits firmly. A twist of the head feeds the 0.7 mm HB graphite lead.
A reservoir in the body holds up to 8 leads, so you rarely have to stop and reload. Replacement leads are Leuchtturm1917 graphite leads 0.7 mm HB, in packs of 12. The pencil is 13 cm long and fits the Pen Loop Bullet Journal, which is made for the Drehgriffel Nr. 1 and Nr. 2.
