The Montblanc Meisterstück Romeo and Juliet Romeo Doué LeGrand fountain pen is a powerful interpretation of Romeo, inspired by Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. The barrel is crafted from deep teal precious resin and paired with a platinum coated cap featuring a refined leaf pattern referencing Capulet’s orchard.
The cap top is engraved with the letter M in reference to the Montague family and features the Montblanc emblem in red precious resin. The forepart and cone are decorated with a thorn motif symbolising the family feud that surrounds Romeo and Juliet’s love with danger and fate. The fountain pen is equipped with a handcrafted Au 750 18 carat gold nib with rhodium coating, engraved with love symbols and the name Romeo. Platinum coated fittings emphasise the contrast between light and dark that defines the Romeo and Juliet collection.
