Customer reviews

Pen world is always reliable and prompt in its deliveries. And the “little bit extra” is always appreciated.

Excellent communication, friendly and efficient customer service, fast delivery. A very smooth transaction indeed!

I received my order, a Parker roller pen, exceptionally quickly, and it was beautifully packaged. Very satisfied. Kudos!

Delivered super fast! Nicely packaged too. Thanks a lot.

I placed an order on the Penworld website and everything was perfect from start to finish! The order was processed quickly and I received my package in record time. Customer service is also very responsive when you email them. But what I particularly appreciated was the little extra included in my package: two Napoleon lemon candies, my favorites! 🍋 Impeccable service, fast delivery, and little touches that make all the difference. I highly recommend Penworld and I'll be placing another order very soon!

Great service for many years. Going the extra mile!

Great service and fast delivery, thanks Yves ;) Greetings from the HABOU team

Excellent service and kept me informed of delivery detail of my order coming down to Australia.

Great custom pen engraving service with fast delivery. I was happy with the customer service I received!

Everything handled as agreed! Very satisfied.

I order online exclusively, and they are always quick to respond and ship.

Fast delivery of Diplomat Cobra fountain pen and Pilot Pilot Iroshizuku inks. Carefully wrapped and packed as well!

Delighted with the service – efficient, fast, and the team was attentive, considerate, and business-minded. I highly recommend them!

I enjoy shopping there. Great selection. Fair prices. Fast shipping. Many companies offer that, but Penworld's huge advantage is their support! It's fantastic. You rarely find that kind of service these days. They were quick, knew how to help, and promptly offered a solution.

Despite an initial delivery error, the customer service was impeccable. The package was well-prepared, the products were as described, and the prices were competitive. I will definitely use them again. Well done.

Ordering is a piece of cake. Delivery is perfect and very fast.

Beautiful, vibrant inks, high quality, very friendly staff. Thank you very much

Fantastic products, great prices with customer service to match

Very large store where you will find everything from writing instruments and office supplies. Very friendly staff.

Order handled very well, perfect tracking and smooth delivery. Thank you

Great customer engagement: receiving a personal reminder in 2026 that your planner refills for 2027 are available if desired... very nice. A well-functioning online shop and fast, orderly delivery with—how could it be otherwise—a handwritten note. Ideal if your favorite pen shop isn't located around the corner. 5 well-deserved stars.

I received very pleasant and accurate assistance. Despite the speed at which the order was processed, still having time for personal communication with the customer and taking the time to think along surprised me very positively. Compliments on the speed and service.

Friendly communication, very fast delivery, nicely packaged. Great!

I recently ordered the Lamy AL-star fountain pen from Penworld and I am incredibly happy with it! The pen is beautiful and the engraving with my name makes it completely personal. ✨ I also really liked the way my order was packed. Everything was very neatly and beautifully wrapped, with a personal card included. As a nice surprise, there were also two candies included. 🍬 These are small things, but they make unpacking your order extra fun and really give the feeling that attention has been paid to it. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and with the service from Penworld. And I will certainly order here more often. A beautiful pen, beautifully engraved and packed with great care. Definitely recommended! 😊

What wonderful service, year after year!

It was a pleasure ordering from Penworld. Hassle free, received item as described within a reasonable time. My inquiries about the orde was answered to promptly as well. Overall a great experience……

I would give Penworld 10 stars if I could! ⭐️ Wide selection of products ⭐️ Great service ⭐️ They are happy to answer your questions ⭐️ Fast delivery ⭐️ I keep coming back 🥰

Loving and fast support <3

Fantastic assortment and very fast delivery. I am very happy with the service and the nice little extras!

Very nice company. Ordered from the Netherlands. Well packaged, nice card included, and pleasant transaction.

Pleasantly surprised; even though I ordered something from them online, I still received a personal gift in my package. That really makes your day just that little bit better; there should be more companies like that.

Ordered a Crossball pen last Friday and already in use this afternoon (Monday). Thanks for the super service! Worth repeating. Mylène

Incredibly fast delivery and a wide range of products. It is clear from the packaging and presentation that a lot of love goes into it. I hope to be able to visit the physical store soon.

Received a beautiful fountain pen with a very sweet note and 3 Napoléon candies; Belgians are so thoughtful!

Excellent experience, found by chance online while searching for a specific item. Ultra-fast and careful shipping, and the kindness was much appreciated. Thank you for the sweets, the little note, and the professionalism of the delivery. You've gained a new customer!

I ordered the Fisher Space Pen Bullet Brass and am extremely satisfied with the service provided.

We recently ordered from their Webshop, and the package arrived in Germany quickly. What truly surprised and delighted us, however, was the beautiful handwritten note included with the delivery. This kind of personal touch really goes the extra mile and makes all the difference. We genuinely appreciate this level of care and attention, and it makes us very happy to order from them again.

Super service, quick responses, and top-notch shipping!

Recently ordered something online and super happy with it! Shipped very quickly and a nice personal card in the box. Thanks 🫶🏼

A big shout out to Penworld for their customer support! I ordered 2 pens and one of them was not available in the exact color. I asked for another brand which was available. Although it was 5 euros more, Penworld sent them to me without charging extra or any kind of cost cutting from their side. Moreover the packaging was completely safe everything nicely gift wrapped, with candies and a thank you note. I ordered them to gift my nephew and neice for starting high school. I am sure they will love their new pens... Thanks!

Received very pleasant service from this company. I had accidentally ordered the wrong fillings, but they were exchanged effortlessly. It is good that businesses with personal contact like this still exist.

I was amazed by the packaging, that is sooo sweet. As if I got the package from a close friend. Unbelievable for 2026. Thanks! The pen itself is of course majestic.

Great, fast service. Delivered earlier than expected. And wrapped super sweetly. So it can be done this way too.

Absolutely perfect! They have a wide selection, are quick to deliver and have superb attention to detail. My order came a day after it was placed, carefully and beautifully wrapped, with a kind note inside. I couldn't ask for better!!!

Great business, fair prices, fast shipping. All ordered items were nicely packaged. I was very pleased with the little thank-you card.

Good and friendly service. Product as described.

Beautiful shop.

Yesterday I ordered an Ogon wallet from Penworld Antwerp. Honestly? My first instinct was to just go via Amazon, purely out of habit. Until I saw that a local independent retailer was offering the exact same product. Then the choice was actually made quite quickly; we should definitely support entrepreneurs who are visibly putting in the effort a bit more often. Ordering went very smoothly. I received a free engraving with it, which was a nice extra. It was delivered today, neatly packaged, and there were even three candies included. Fast service, no hassle, just well organized.

Great webshop. Fast shipping and very nicely packaged, you receive gifts :)

The bottle of Waterman ink was delivered the very next day, carefully packed with a personal handwritten card. Amazing, isn't it?!

Very happy with my order. An adjustment I requested could still be made, and it was sent as a gift. A real pleasure to unpack. The attention given is appreciated.

Very nice service and good products!

Wide selection, good website, fast delivery and properly packaged (online order).

good

Delivered on time and neatly packaged. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice gift for themselves or someone else. Excellent 👍

Received a case with the pen, some candy, and a thank-you card. Great! The pen works perfectly otherwise.

Super fast delivery of my items. Well packaged, always with a sweet card and some sweet treats. Very happy with the inks, the friendliness, and the speed.

Friendly service, thorough explanation of the products. 👍

Fast delivery, great packaging, and I was delighted with the little thank-you card.

Thank you so much for nice and fast professional service. Wish for you and all the team best wishes and a good and happy new year Tom.

Super fast delivery, my pens were beautifully wrapped. It was a real treat to receive this! The handwritten note on the card and some candy made for a lovely thoughtful gesture. If I need anything in the future, I'll always order from Penworld. Thanks!

I an absolutely delighted with the quality of the case and the personalised engraving. I am sure it will last for many years to come. Along with case there was some sweets which was a lovely and welcome surprise for Christmas.

Great store, lots of choice and helpful staff

Variety of pens and accessories. Friendly and professional consultants. If you are looking for proper pen in Antwerp, consider visiting this great store.

Fastest delivery and exceptional customer support! 5/5

Penworld makes ordering online a real treat. Prompt delivery, a few Napoleon candies included, and a card—handwritten(!)—thanking me for the order. Truly fantastic!

I never leave reviews but I’m impressed by this service. I made an order for delivery in the Netherlands, it arrived the next day, beautifully packaged and with a sweet handwritten note! Plus they had all the Filofax (quite difficult to get your hands on) products I needed in stock! Thank you!!

Beautiful planner with plenty of space to write and 7 identical, large days. Plus, very prompt after-sales service!

I just made my first purchase from this place. The service was excellent. They shipped it that very day and included a note and a couple of pieces of candy, which was a very heartwarming touch. As a pen enthusiast, I will definitely be buying more from this shop.

Large assortment, pleasantly priced. Delivered quickly with a handwritten note and a small gift. Really nice.

Penworld delivers the order quickly and accurately. I am very satisfied!

Always fast, friendly, and attentive service. And they have so much!

A one in a million kind of shop! I feel so lucky to have it near me and i couldn't recommend it more.

What an extraordinary experience! The range is very extensive and the prices are extremely reasonable. The product I purchased turned out to be even cheaper than the price listed on the item itself. Delivery took place the very next day and also included a personal, handwritten thank-you note. My compliments to these people, nothing but praise!

Order was packed and shipped the next day! Also got a handwritten message and some sweets! Would definitely recommend and order again!

A great place to find a best tool to write down your notes. Decent choice of stationary.

Fast process. Ordered an engraved pen in the afternoon. It was ready by the evening. Penworld tries to make it more personal than other shops. There was a handwritten thank-you note in the package and three Napoleon candies. The order is a gift and is beautifully wrapped. We will definitely order from them again.

Received refills today, beautifully packaged, super service, thank you Penworld

The pens arrived today. What a super nice and surprising package. Really well done, my compliments! :) Additionally, the fountain pens are top-notch too, I'm happy with them!

Excellent service. Quick delivery, thoughtfully packaged with a handwritten note and 3 sweets. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service, competitive prices, delivery in under 24 hours (!!!) and a candy, what more could one ask for?

My first order here and I am pleasantly surprised! Everything was beautiful and neatly packaged, with even three tasty candies included. The personal note really gave a warm feeling. You rarely come across such care and attention. I will definitely order here again!

I went in for a notebook and pen—nothing out of the ordinary—and was given excellent help with advice I didn't even know I needed. The store also has a wide selection and is well-organized.

Fast delivery and a sweet, personal note included. The ordered product was beautifully wrapped and even included some treats – such a nice surprise! It really felt like a gift to myself. Thank you so much.

A very nice and professional shop. Yesterday I ordered Mont Blanc and Sheaffer refills from the Netherlands here, and they were already delivered today!! Neatly packaged, super fast, and even a lot cheaper than in the Netherlands too! When I see the photo in the other reviews, I think, “I certainly hope to go shopping there in Antwerp sometime” :) Very beautiful shop!

Ordered a Parker pen from the Netherlands via the webshop. Shipping was super fast, neatly packed with a friendly thank-you message. Definitely recommended!

I ordered a lovely fountain pen from Esterbrook, and it arrived extremely quickly in gift packaging. As other customers have mentioned, it also included a nice little note and some candy. That's rare... For my first experience with this company, it's just perfect.

Very fast delivery to Ireland and look at this, carefully wrapped and attention to every detail.

Ordered online. Very nice selection of high-quality stationery at fair prices. The delivery was fast and beautifully packaged, including a handwritten note! Highly recommended!

Delighted with my order, everything arrived like exactly 48 hours after I ordered it and it came all the way from Brussels to Dublin. The pens were so cutely wrapped and a hand written note and some sweets!! Definitely will be ordering again this will be my go-to for inks and pens and paper.

om 17u besteld, volgende dag in huis. Super service. Bedankt!

Always shipped quickly and packed with care. Thank you very much!

I've been waiting for months to visit this mecca of high-end stationary. When I made arrangements to stay in Antwerp for vacation, I was happy to know that my Airbnb was about half a mile from the showroom exhibit of the finest pens money could buy. I was not disappointed. I "only" spent a bit over 100 euro, but I'm a cheapskate. If you're looking for inexpensive, look somewhere else. If you're looking for exquisite writing tools, you've found the place.

I received my customized pen very quickly. It was well-packed, came with a pen case, candies, and a handwritten thank-you note. Nice experience.

Easy website and fast delivery of online order! Also nicely packaged as a gift.

A fantastic selection of pens and great customer service. I bought a Lamy pen here and the staff were eager to help and even installed a piston mechanism in my pen, as well as suggesting ink to use to refill it. Also lots of other high quality stationary available.

Excellent advice, express shipping, product received within 24 hours. Carefully packaged with gift wrapping and candy – a lovely touch that was much appreciated upon opening! I highly recommend!

Ordered a pen with engraving online. It looks very nice. Unfortunately, something else turned out to be wrong with the order. It was resolved very professionally. It deserves 5 stars.

Beautiful products and the order is packed very thoughtfully and personally. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Our order was lost/stolen in the delivery process and the owner was very helpful in replacing the order. He even sent a private driver to deliver our order so that we can gift it to our friend on time. Big thanks

Great customer-oriented webshop.

Discovered online. Good service. Fast delivery. Extra sweets included. 😄 So this wasn't my last order from this shop. Update after 2 weeks. In the meantime, I have purchased my third fountain pen online in 2 weeks, and for the third time, I am simply amazed by the speed and care with which orders are processed and completed. Downright perfect!

I have ordered a backpack with Penworld online and the experience has been great. Fast delivery, beautiful wrapping. I recently had to repair a buckle and the resolution has been super fast and satisfactory as well after I returned the bag.

Super-fast delivery and attentive service! It's nice that you get a little something extra and they wrap the pen. Highly recommended webshop. Thanks!

I'm so glad I discovered this online store after my favorite notebook shop in Brussels closed. And they have refills for my Kaweco pen. Another bonus! Besides the excellent selection, they also offer excellent service. Thank you!

I would like to thank Penworld for my recent order. When I opened the parcel, I was so surprised and heart-warmed to see that every single items were wrapped beautifully. I can't prise enough of their fast internationally delivery service. Thank you.

Discovered it online, and since then I have always ordered refills for my Lamy pens from them. Also great for gifts: beautifully wrapped! Very friendly and fast. The handwritten thank-you note and sweets included with the order are always a pleasant extra. The quality of the delivered goods is also top-notch; I have already filled in many diaries with the fountain pens, as well as corrected tests... in short: super service, just as it should be everywhere!

Very fast and friendly service. Ordered the package in the morning and it was delivered that same afternoon in beautiful packaging. Emails were also answered promptly. Thank you!!

The best place on the world to buy pens, accessories and everything you need if you love to write. Yves is simply amazing when it comes to make sure everything is perfect and shipped on time. It’s always a pleasure to come back for a new purchase.

Placed my first order last weekend. Nothing but praise for Penworld. Questions were answered quickly and clearly. The order shipped quickly and arrived in the Netherlands within a day, even engraving three different pens. The handwritten thank-you note and the Napoleon candies were a lovely surprise. Furthermore, all the products were individually wrapped, perfect for putting under the Christmas tree. Thumbs up for Penworld's excellent service.

Thank you so much for the quick shipping and the lovely wrapping of my new planner! 😄

Top service. Ordered a pen with engraving yesterday around 3 PM and received it this morning before 9:30. They even wrapped it in really cool Christmas packaging.

Yesterday I ordered a Sigel 2025 planner which was delivered today in perfect condition. Many thanks for the sweet note and the Napoleon candies. The attention and care given to the shipment is greatly appreciated. I wish you a nice day and all the best for 2025.

Fast delivery, great!!

Your thoughtful handwritten thank-you card and sweets were a particularly pleasant surprise during my day! Smooth online order, carefully packaged, fast delivery - couldn't be better! Thank you very much!

This is a textbook example of how customer service should be! Fast delivery, a lovely gesture with the handwritten thank-you card, the personal wrapping of the pen cases, and then the personalized engraving on the pen itself as well. In short, I will definitely order here again, and for anyone looking for quality with a nice gift, this is the place to be!

Amazing online shopping experience. Pen arrived overseas within 3 days packed so beautifully with a personalized note and candies. Price was also great. Wish all online shopping experiences would be like this… Highly recommend AAA++++

Fast delivery. Beautifully packaged and with a personal note. Very satisfied, I will order from here again!

Customer support was super quick to reply to a query I had prior to making the purchase and went out of their way to make sure I got everything I wanted. I ordered a pen on the 15th of October, was shipped on the same day and arrived the day after at my house (DHL Express). Additionally, the packaging was amazing, had a nice hand written note, some candies and the main item was wrapped in gift wrap. Thank you PenWorld!

It has been a while since I have been so pleasantly surprised by a package. Inside the well-packed box was a neatly wrapped box. It really felt like receiving a gift! The handwritten card with the Napoleon candies topped it off perfectly. Thank you for the fast delivery and the well-cared-for package!

I just love Penworld! The team is so sweet, responsive, and they operate pretty fast too! Such a joy to shop from them, and I will continue to support them, as they carry some of the best stationary. And again, such a lovely team to interact with. Thank you Penworld team!

Absolutely delighted with my new Caran d’Ache pen. The engraving is stunning, and the delivery was much quicker than expected. Their Sales Manager, Yves Van Gindertaelen, was also very helpful, answering all of my enquiries promptly. Highly recommended.

Quickly delivered to the Netherlands with a personal thank you note and 3 Napoleon candies. Where else do you see that? I'll be a regular customer.

Placed my first order, didn't create a customer profile. Fast delivery, friendly service, and inexpensive. Excellent.

Always very correct service. I am very happy that such a shop still exists, because I love writing with beautiful quality pens and try to pass that on to my grandchildren as well…

It was wonderful to receive my order so quickly and beautifully. Everything was neatly packaged, and the communication regarding the delivery was clear and fast. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Always a pleasure to order from here! Plenty of selection, and a handwritten thank-you note with every order! So nice!

Very fast delivery, beautiful engraving, very neatly packaged, and a nice personal message included, as well as sweets. This is great service and customer loyalty! Worth 5 stars.

Many beautiful stationery items, delivered quickly with online orders, beautifully packaged with a personal touch. It is always something to look forward to the delivery of your items!

What amazing service: ordered on Wednesday morning and delivered perfectly 24 hours later. Very beautifully engraved and nicely packaged. Compliments, and I will certainly use your service more often because your assortment is very extensive.

My first order from Penworld. Only positive things to report. Received the day after ordering. The order was well packaged. What struck me most was the attention to detail that sets them apart from other stores and online shops... the pen was gift-wrapped, there were a few sweets included, but I especially loved the personally written thank-you note! The place to be, I'll definitely buy from you again!

Pleasantly surprised by the candies and the handwritten thank you note! Really great, bought Montblanc filling. Very fast delivery!

So far only bought online, very fast service and very good personal follow-up of orders, very satisfied with everything from Lamy!

Very satisfied with the quick processing of my order, no matter how small it was. A big congratulations to the staff.👍👏

Beautiful assortment. Ordered a very nice photo album, super fast delivery. Neatly packed. They get extra points for the personal message and the Napoleon balls with the order 🤗

Smooth processing, fair refund of excess postage, a surprising package with the right Kaweco pen and three Napoleon candies. Penworld has gained a loyal customer!

Outstanding experience. I was looking for a hard-to-find fountain pen that had a waiting list. Reached out and Yves replied the same day that they had some in stock. A very pleasant and welcome surprise! After confirming details it was shipped out to me and arrived four days later in Canada. Brilliant service! Thank you, Yves for the awesome experience. Definitely recommend Penworld.

Penworld: bijzonder goede service

I've ordered something twice now and they deliver super fast to the Netherlands. And they pack it well, beautifully wrapped with a personal note and candy. I will definitely order from them more often!

Extremely smooth, professional service combined with a very nice selection. Highly recommended to order here.

Super fast delivery, even faster than indicated! The personal note and little extra in the box made receiving it extra nice. Friendly and helpful staff if you have questions, and beautiful products. The engraving is also very beautifully and neatly executed!

What a wonderful shop!!! You simply have to try a fountain pen. I was catapulted 40 years back in time and am really looking forward to writing with a fountain pen again.

I ordered 2 simple fillings and received a personal note with them. Very nice that they went to the trouble! Would recommend

What an incredibly great company. I bought a pen there that writes wonderfully (really high quality), a nice laptop bag, and a matching pencil case. Everything was delivered quickly and neatly packaged. Unpacking it was a real treat. 5 stars, more than deserved! Compliments!

Ordered yesterday and already arrived in Tilburg from Belgium today, my new (and wonderfully writing) fountain pen. Also neatly packaged and included a friendly personal note from Claudia at Penworld. Top service!!!

The selection of fountain pens here is top-class. All the classic quality brands from Japan and Germany. And all suitable paper types in a wide range of sizes. The advice is professional, but without frills. Because sometimes, just sometimes, you come across an employee who doesn't seem to be standing there for fun.

Excellent. no issues on the website when ordering my pens. love the gift wrap and the thank you note. those are the little things that make me come back.

Package arrived quickly! :)

I'm very satisfied with Penworld, great selection and ultrafast delivery to Sweden. I ordered at 3 pm, deliver 11 am the next day.

When you buy a product, it's often made from standard materials. Now, a Montblanc pen isn't commonplace, and it's known by connoisseurs; the ballpoint pen I ordered is from a limited edition, and I'm keeping the price to myself. The icing on the cake is a small, handwritten note from Sandra, a Penworld employee. Beautiful handwriting, elegant, and understated. This little note feels like a trophy, and I'll keep it.

I ordered online from Penworld and was extremely impressed with the speed of despatch and arrival (in the UK) of the pen I purchased (a Pelikan Ineo). Penworld provided a first-class service which was very efficient and professional. Thank you Penworld, I will almost certainly be shopping with you again

Penworld is a gem of selection and service. Yves in particular has been a tremendous help from correcting an order to answering inquiries and arranging to buy a pen I didn't know they had. Great source, fast service and delivery, reliable, attentive, very pleasant and professional to work with.

Very pleased with everything from the confirmation of order and to the tracking. The personal touch with the hand written note and giftwrap pen was special.

This store is my absolute favorite. Every interaction is fantastic. An online question is literally answered within 5 minutes. Ordering online is easy, and delivery is lightning fast. The selection and expertise are simply impressive. But the best part is browsing the store itself. A++++++

Placed a large order via their webshop, smooth and fast service, the goods arrived carefully packed with even a thank-you card and sweets included! Very impressed!

Fast delivery. A box with some extra's. Very kind seller.

I can thoroughly recommend Penworld; their customer service is second to none. Previous purchases have always been prompt and accurate and in the last few weeks, Yves at Penworld has first exchanged a pen following a minor (and understandable) error over a Christmas order placed by my husband and then rapidly despatched a replacement for that pen when it was damaged in the post. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated, particularly for a purchase of relatively low value (if high in sentimental value). We will definitely continue to shop here. Thank you.

Super fast shipping, excellent service and largest variety of brands!

Pleasantly surprised while opening my package! Nice to see that there are still people who take the customer seriously.

Top service! Very fast and everything perfect :)

Friendly staff

Very fast and good service. Also very satisfied with the purchased pens. Nice detail, the handwritten message included with my package.

Super fast delivery, a very personal touch with a handwritten note and gift wrapping! It was so nice to receive this!

Order received without delay. All was carefully and safely packaged.

Great shop with great cooperation and support. I ordered a pen from India and I am surprised to see their selfless help and cooperation...and its so sweet of them that they have even send me chocolate and a handwritten note with the pen, its really a very sweet thing. I am surely buying more things for them and will recommend my known ones as well to purchase from them.

An incredibly nice experience, I would definitely order again! The pen I ordered came wrapped as a gift with a handwritten note and sweets in the box.

Just excellent service. I was delighted that my pen box was gift wrapped and surprised to find a note and candies as well - what a nice gesture. My package arrived in perfect condition less than 48 hours after I ordered it. Penworld processed my order very quickly, and DHL express shipping is superb.

Fantastic service... They know what a pen lover needs, and especially they go the extra mile. It's nice to see that knowledge, advice, and service still exist.

Good service, customer-friendly and good quality

Everything went as expected and desired, thank you!

Very fast shipping, good prices, but most of all exceptional human interaction. They are very polite with the customers. I hope in the future to be able to visit the store in person!

My recent purchase at Penworld was an extremely positive experience that I am happy to share with others. As a lover of quality pens, I was very satisfied with the Parker pen and the Bullet Journal I purchased. What stood out to me most was the fast delivery and the care with which the items were packed. The inclusion of a handwritten card was a beautiful, personal gesture that truly shows how much effort Penworld puts in for its customers. Penworld's expertise in the pen world, inherited over multiple generations, is clearly evident in their assortment and customer service. Their specialized department and exclusive limited-edition pens offer a unique shopping experience. The user-friendliness of their website and efficient customer service are also remarkable. It is clear that Penworld not only has a rich history but also a modern approach to customer service and product quality. For anyone looking for quality pens and excellent service, Penworld is highly recommended!

I am so so happy with my purchase!! This was the fastes delivery ever, the boxes were wrapped so lovely and the items are amazing! It brings me great great joy to write with my new pen, thank you for your efforts and great service!

I am very happy with Penworld. I ordered an engraved pen and realized I had written it incorrectly. They responded to my email very quickly and took immediate action to correct it. I appreciate this enormously, not only that everything went well, but also that they were so friendly and careful in helping. In my opinion, companies, people, and mentality like this deserve support. With respect, Ali

One of the greatest customer service you could find. You will always receive a quick answer and the people here are very kind and understanding. I recommand this shop, if you are looking for a trusted seller for your pens, inks and nibs.

Grate communication, fast shipping, reasonable prices. Thank you so much!

I found Japanese ink in this shop. The delivery was quick! The order was perfectly packaged.

I sent an email with information but received no response. That's what I call poor service. Not recommended.

I ordered the engraved pen thinking it would take a while to receive. But it was shipped the same day and arrived the next day 🤩 Amazing! Free gift wrapping service, candy included, and a handwritten thank-you note. Highly recommended

Smooth, easy and friendly! :-) until next time

Delivered quickly with a personal touch from Claudia. Great!

🇨🇿Velké díky internetové části této společnosti. Objednávka proběhla v pořádku, skvělá komunikace, velmi rychlé dodání zboží, a přestože jsem nežádal dárkové balení zdarma, vše bylo precizně zabaleno. Velmi mne potěšila ručně psaná kartička s poděkováním a bonbóny. To už se moc nevidí. Jednoduchá a příjemná péče o zákazníka. Díky, udělali jste mi pěkný den. 🇬🇧 Many thanks to the internet part of this company. The order went smoothly, great communication, very fast delivery, and even though I didn't ask for free gift wrapping, everything was packaged precisely. I was very pleased with the handwritten thank you card and candies. You don't see that much anymore. Simple and pleasant customer care. Thanks, you made my day.

I went there in person and I really liked their selection of journals, bought a leather bound Clairfontaine, I didn't even know Clairfontaine made these. And of course, there are many pens and inks, but not everything is displayed. The staff was very nice and their prices are very reasonable.

Great selection, good webshop, fast and friendly service. Highly recommended and makes a lovely gift.

Received these Parker pens today. Very fast delivery and beautifully packaged with a note. Excellent service.

What amazing service! Ordered yesterday and already received today. Beautiful products (pencil case and pencil case), but I also greatly appreciate the personal touch in the form of a note and some sweets.

Very fast delivery, beautiful packaging, and a pleasant personal touch inside. The place to be if you want a special writing stick. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service. Always with a lovely handwritten thank you note and a candy. Always a smile when opening the package.

Super shop!!! Ordered a pot of ink, it came with a nice personalized card and even some Napoleons. I will definitely order here next time I need something!!

What a fantastic shop this is! I recently ordered a Kaweco Sketch-up pencil, which came neatly and beautifully wrapped in a gift box with a personally written thank-you note. And not to forget the two delicious Napoleon candies—I love them! Super-fast delivery too, by the way. Very personal and appreciated. I definitely recommend ordering from here! Definitely one of my favorite shops/online stores.

Nice shop, quality, very large assortment, very friendly service, excellent knowledge, very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommended.

I've bought several items from Penworld over the past few months and they thrilled me with absolutely first class service... Yves is a rockstar and I am glad that businesses like this have a reason to exist and thrive... A+++++!!!

Excelent service and super quick delivery. Highly recommended!

Delivered quickly and beautifully packaged, even included a thank-you note and 2 Napoleon candies!

Geweldige service, snelle levering!

I bought a fountain pen from the webshop. It's beautiful, with a lovely pearlescent sheen. It writes wonderfully. It was neatly packaged and arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied!

Super satisfied with this very fast delivery of a free personalized SECRID slim wallet of your choice, perforated red and black, delivered in gift packaging with handwritten text and a little gift of 3 candies! PERFECTION!!! Highly recommended merchant.

Excellent service

Quality, service and attention to detail.

Ordered quite a few pens and pencils along with a wallet. The pens and pencils arrived wrapped, which made opening everything more suspenseful and fun! This also meant I could only see after opening both of the bigger packages that another item, bigger than the remaining packages seemed to be missing unfortunately. Immediately upon notifying them, the missing item was shipped out, and received the next day, faster than I had the time to finish the candies added to the order! Amazing service, and great products too!

Very satisfied. Fast delivery, nicely packaged with a personal message and a small gift. Very nice to receive a ‘personalized’ package!

Fast delivery, nice gift packaging.

A super professional company. On-time delivery and prompt follow-up. Shopping online is a close-knit experience.

Excellent experience with this company! It was very thoughtful of them to call back for more information about one item. The order was delivered very quickly and with care. A great company where I will definitely want to buy something again. :-)

Big range of pens from many well known brands. Pick up point for parcels from GLS also.

LAMY pens are really great, and even better that you can order refills in blue or black, thick or thin, either with or without the ink, and! In no time, they're in your mailbox. Really cool shop. Wonderful, such great service. Top-notch! I'm a fan.

Truth be told, the quality of the product is only second to the customer service and personalized treatment. I ordered two pieces a couple of weeks ago and then something was off with the delivery address. After trying to address the issue, I called Penworld and Mr. Yves handled the entire matter with professionalism, promptness and the friendliest way possible. When I received the pens, they were beautifully packaged, and included a lovely card and a couple of pieces of cany (and "sweet" touch). Hands down, a *highly* recommended place. P.S: Big thank you to Mr. Yves!

So happy I found them online! Timely delivery, beautiful packaging, and personal treatment. Totally recommend and look forward to visiting the shop in person!

A wonderful surprise. I appreciate the efforts

Perfect service. I unintentionally made things a bit more difficult for them, apologies for that. But I was helped in an extremely friendly and professional manner. In the end, I received the super beautiful product delivered mega fast. I would recommend everyone buy here. Thanks for your time and effort, Yves. 10/10...perfect!

Customer friendliness is #1

After I returned a defective Orbitkey tracker, a new one was sent very quickly. Excellent service.

Prima prima prima service!

I ordered on Wednesday and the parcel arrived on Friday. Very good service, they even wraped it up and gave me a few sweets and a note within the packet :)

Ordered a new fountain pen. Processed very quickly and delivered the very next day! Top service!

I ordered a pen and some refills. I thought it was really sweet that they called to tell me the refills wouldn't fit. My pen was beautifully wrapped, and I even got some candy. So, I'm very happy!

Friendly service

Super shop! I have ordered here online multiple times now (I live in the Netherlands) and it is always delivered super fast. Plus, the packaging is always nice and personal. The option to have some pens engraved is also really nice. A solid 10/10.

Order was supposed to arrive within a day of ordering, but Penworld failed to keep its promise.

Very helpful Staff and nice Pens

I ordered a fountain pen and accessories this weekend. Today, not even two days later, it was already here. Beautifully wrapped with sweets and a handwritten note. A very pleasant experience. I definitely plan to visit the shop sometime.

Ordered the Lamy Safari fountain pen with refills. Delivered very quickly, and how!! 🥰 Big smile while unpacking. With nice wrapping paper, a personal message, and tasty candies, it is just that little bit that makes all the difference. Definitely planning to order again. Keep up the good work!

I ordered from England a week ago and my parcel is here ... what can I say ... great service... nice personal touch too .gift wrapped , an hand written note ... and some lovely sweets ..... I only wish I could of visited the shop .... please use these guys ... A+ service and friendly professional staff ..... thank you...

I am a passionate fountain pen collector and therefore had to visit this shop. The selection is huge and there are all popular brands. Prices are good. The advice was good, but unfortunately I didn't feel I was being taken seriously, even though the lady must have noticed that I knew my way around. Too bad that there are only Pelikan, Kaweco and Montblanc as standard cartridges.

Over the past few years, I have ordered items from the Netherlands several times, which has always gone well and smoothly. The assortment is very large with a good price-quality ratio. Yes, not excellent, but only because an exceptional situation that could have justified it never occurred. Without using superlatives: it is as it should be, worth repeating, and recommended for everyone. And when you are there, also visit their store in Antwerp. Good service and fast shipping to the Netherlands.

I ordered a replacement Lamy AL EMR from Penworld. It arrived very quickly and on opening the packaging, I was presented by the pen box beautifully wrapped in paper, a little note and a few sweets. What an unexpected pleasure! Small things make all the difference.

Selling a pen is one thing. But then taking the trouble to wrap it as a gift is truly special. Thank you, Penworld! I really enjoyed unwrapping it 😁

Poor delivery, first late and later the wrong box contents were delivered. The contents were for someone else.

Thank you for the very good service and for the very fast delivery.

Excellent service. My order arrived nicely packaged and with a hand written 'thank you' note. Keep it up

I ordered a beautiful new version of the Lamy Safari fountain pen over the weekend. I received the pen on Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized contents of the package; it was very nice!

A very extensive and excellent assortment of everything related to writing.

Very beautiful shop! Pleasant service. A must for every enthusiast with a stationery addiction. So that exists too.

Penworld has an extensive collection of LAMY (my favorite fountain pen). I wasn't familiar with the store yet, so it was a bit of a gamble. But given the positive reviews, I had complete confidence. And Penworld lived up to that 100%! The delivery was within a day, and I also really appreciate the personal touch.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered a pen I wasn’t able to find in the US, and they had it shipped out in a few days even with the engraving option. The pen even came Christmas wrapped and with a lovely handwritten note I was able to include. Couldn’t be happier with the service and product. Would definitely order from again in the future.

Mouthwatering stuff and super friendly service. We will definitely be back here!

Friendly and correct service.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Penworld and again they have not let me down. Delivery was fast and you can see they take pride in their pen collection. Very happy and I strongly recommend Penworld to everybody. Great job!

I'd never bought anything from Penworld before. My order arrived on time. When I opened the package, I had to smile. It was shipped with care and attention. I'll definitely order from them again.

I love this shop ❤️ I always order online from them. They have a great choice of products, great communication and fast delivery. Highly recommended !

Best purchase experience!

They have a huge range of products in the shop and were very accomodating and friendly.

Super content ! Beste service. Dank !

Solid quality items

Best online ordering experience, fast shipping, beautifully wrapped product, plus a hand written thank you note🙏

I had everything I wanted from LAMY. A very extensive range of pens and related products. Friendly service! Highly recommended, and probably the best in Antwerp...

Excellent, correct, and fast service.

Good shop with a selection of fountain pens and also more inks than you'd expect from a shop. The person was kind and helped me to find what I was looking for.

Excellent and efficient service. Good prices, fast delivery, and very friendly staff. And a local retailer, too. Ideal for all your stationery needs!

Immediate response to my question. Correct information, order shipped and delivered immediately with a personal touch. Excellent!!

Fast delivery from Belgium to the Netherlands, securely packed with a personal message, very neat, fountain pen also meets expectations.

Professional service. Hand written thank you card and candy in well packed box! Thank you!

The pen was delivered later than expected, but this was a minor detail after seeing the personal approach to the packing. The pen (which is of super quality, by the way) came with a handwritten thank-you note for the purchase and three candies! Very nice!

...but stock needs to be replenished.

Highly recommended for your pens and leather goods! Always very fast shipping and neatly packaged with a personal message. Excellent!!

Highly recommended. I love it when in these digital times a company makes the effort to handwrite a little note with your order to personally thank you.

Great collection! Ordered at webshop, perfect communication on order status, tracking; delivered in less than 24h with lot of attention for the parcel itself, personal note included. Perfect!

Super easy to order, and absolutely perfect! Neatly packed, with a personal note and a candy included. Top-notch!

Incredibly fast delivery and very friendly, personal service! Sooooo happy with it! Thanks! 👌

What a great discovery this shop is. I ordered a Lamy fountain pen with refills from the Netherlands. My order arrived the very next day, beautifully packaged and with a handwritten card included. I will definitely order here more often.

What amazing service. Very fast delivery, even with printed personal messages on the books! Beautifully wrapped and a personal note in the package. I will definitely order here more often, what a discovery! How nice that there are still online shops like this, giving you the feeling of being helped personally. Thank you very much!

After a minor misunderstanding, everything turned out perfectly, so I am very satisfied. I know where to make my next purchases now. All right......

In all honesty when you buy from places like this its hard to justify spending money elsewhere, they only sell quality and they're super quick considering the problems were all having at the moment In the country (uk)...... I'd give them my business without a second thought anytime.

Fast and perfect delivery of Waterman refills. Even included a friendly, personalized card!

A very pleasant experience! I bought a very beautiful Dupont fountain pen here. Nice, well-organized website, accurate information, and delivered within 1 day. Nicely packaged, really nice to receive. Be sure to buy a nice pen here; you get quality, and you buy locally, which is more important than ever! In short, a top-notch experience, thank you for that!

Ordered an Orbitkey Nest to deliver to Canada (the colour I wanted was out of stock everywhere in North America). Arrived without a hitch and was pleasantly surprised to see the package wrapped nicely along with a handwritten thank you note. Great online experience. Thanks!

Typical medium to high end office supplies and gift store.

Very well-organized webshop & super fast service. Top 👌

An excellent Pen Shop with an intriguing selection of stationery, all in the historic City of Antwerp in Belgium. I've confidently purchased several nice pens from this shop online over the years and my international orders have always been serviced with care and shipped promptly. This is definitely my favourite pen shop. Long may it prosper. Cheers from Canada,

A very speedy and professional service - the way all orders should be processed.

Great service! Easy to order, neatly packaged with a personal note. And fast delivery. Thank you so much, kind regards, Sonja

BEST SERVICE EVERRRR......

Very good shop with a very pleasant and extensive range. You are always helped very kindly and professionally. Highly recommended if you need any desk accessories! Super!

Friendly service but very overpriced products

The online order arrived the very next day, including a handwritten thank-you note and Napoleon buns. The price was also the lowest I found online. So, top-notch all round!

Beautiful items and a clear website. I bought a lovely girly pink/white/gold notebook here to use as a diary for my newborn little princess. Her life story through my eyes. Everything was delivered quickly, and the package included a handwritten note. Very thoughtful and sweet. It's the little things that make all the difference. That's how you feel valued as a customer. Thank you!

Large assortment, spacious and well-organized

Always just as friendly; I have been going there for years and am always well helped.

Great pens at a fair price! Honest, customer-friendly service including gift wrapped pens with a hard candy treat. Nice touch. Shopping here is an experience. Form the USA, I gladly reach over formerly favorite pen shops!

Arrived the very next day. Well and safely packed, clearly with some care. Comes with a handwritten thank you note.

I ordered a pen from here in the Netherlands and it arrived the very next day, and to my great surprise, it was wrapped! That was really nice and thank you!

Thank you so much. I made an error with one of my orders. I only needed a5 paper refills, one of my refill selection was another size. They called to check in, corrected it and refunded me for my own error. Order came as described, very pleased! Thank you! :)

Fast delivery and beautiful products, neatly packaged and with a personal touch. I would definitely order from here again!

As of today, I can add this magnificent pen to my collection. Penworld is always an experience. Top products in their range and excellent service. Thank you, Sandra.

A good offer from which I have already bought many hundreds of euros worth of pens.

Very extensive selection and many quality brands. Definitely recommended if you are interested in pens.

Lightning-fast and correct service. With a very friendly welcome. Kaatje

Fantastic, fast customer service. I ordered (online) a refill ink for my Lamy pen, and it arrived in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Penworld friends - you are my new go-to source.

After a brief explanatory chat, I was able to order what I needed. It was delivered within 24 hours, accompanied by a handwritten thank-you note. The package was packaged so well that the delivery company could leave it in your mailbox if I wasn't home. Nothing but praise! Excellent service.

A very interesting shop for pens, fountain pens, and office supplies. A wide variety and high-quality materials.

Super friendly lady, thinks along with you and is really helpful. Nice to come here.

Good service, easy to use website, and products arrive on time.

My Lamy pens write beautifully again with the refills purchased from Penworld. Good service and fast delivery! Also received a friendly invoice. Very satisfied!

Bought the Visconti Dr. Gachet ballpoint pen here. The order arrived on time and the pen was in good condition. I also received a friendly note from one of the employees. In short, very satisfied.

Ordered online after 4 PM, delivered the next day before 10 AM! Super fast service with a nice little note included :-)

A myriad of great items, best prices and costumer service. Very pleased. I live in California and received my items fairly quickly. Definitely my go-to store for now on.

Pen was defect. Werd direct opgestuurd en gerepareerd geretourneerd, zonder kosten. Prima service.

The order was delivered quickly (in the Netherlands) and well packaged. A handwritten thank-you note made it perfect :)

Lots of collection and good customer care.. Enjoyed it

Just great. I ordered online and received my pen quickly. I browsed the web and penworld offered the cheapest price (even without discount). The pen was well packaged in a sturdy box, wrapped as a gift and came with a hand written card. I’ve never had that experience with an online order. Thank you!

This is just about the last stationery shop in Antwerp that still has a very large range.

Large assortment

Nice assortment

Cool lady

Wow! Thoroughly and prompt customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong Secrid wallet and emailed them in hopes it could be corrected before the express order went through. To my relief they respond in less than 12 hours seeing as I emailed them at 10pm after the store had closed. My order was corrected, I received a beautifully written letter and it was even gift wrapped!!! Impressed!

They immediately assume they know what you want. But they are very friendly.

Nice service

Friendly store, good service

Very extensive choice and good advice!

Ordered online. Clear communication and delivery notification and pen was wrapped nicely in gold paper. Great service!

A stationary lover's dream. I've been to many pen and paper shops in my time, and this store has quickly become my favourite. Browsing the wares is an enjoyable, soothing experience, with friendly staff that help you find the perfect match. Whether looking for basic supplies or expensive luxuries, the price is always fair. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The GPS keeps cutting out, so I have trouble driving.

Fast delivery, a personalized note even with a cheaper pen, and fully wrapped at no extra cost.

Very happy with the service. Fast delivery. There was a problem with the pen, but someone came to my house the same day to get me a new one!

I ordered a Dupont lighter. Super fast delivery to the Netherlands and beautifully packaged, with an Antwerp treat and a lovely note. It really makes it personal. Thanks :-)

Love this shop, could spend a whole day checking out pens, agendas, notebooks.. 😁

Excellent service and excellent team

Yesterday's order (globe) arrived today, right on time. I had asked for it to be wrapped as a gift and that was done properly. Definitely recommended Thanks Penworld

Easy ordering, fast delivery, and a friendly thank-you card included in the package! It is also always nice that payment via AfterPay is possible. This way, I always know that a specific webshop is trustworthy, because if there is no delivery, you don't have to pay. Next time, I will happily order from Penworld again!

Very fast and accurate, perfect delivery. Nothing to complain about, excellent service! A handwritten note with the order adds a personal touch. Excellent.

Ordered Mont Blanc refills Friday afternoon and received them Monday morning, along with a personal message. Excellent service!

Placing the order was super smooth and I even discovered a personalized thank-you message in my package! I cannot recommend Penworld enough!

Fast delivery, that's already a fact, now we just have to see what it looks like, Secrid Twin wallet, but it will probably be ok too :)
