The S.T. Dupont Ligne 2 Orlinski Red Lighter is a limited luxury lighter that puts the sculptural work of Richard Orlinski alongside S.T. Dupont's mastery in metalwork. The body carries glossy S.T. Dupont red lacquer and, for the first time on the Ligne 2, a brushed gold-coloured finish in bright yellow gold. On it sits the Kong motif in metal filigree, the gorilla that made Orlinski known worldwide, framed by diagonal guilloche that looks back to the 1970s.
Lift the cap and you hear the famous "cling", the bright note by which enthusiasts recognise a Ligne 2 at once. The lighter uses a flint and a double yellow flame, suited to cigarettes and cigars, and is refillable with gas. Its brass body feels weighty and balanced in the hand, at 125 grams in a format of 62 by 37 by 11 millimetres.
This version belongs to the exclusive Orlinski collection and carries its own individual number. The lighter is delivered without gas, in an S.T. Dupont gift box with a metal plate and warranty certificate.
