This black pigment ink is water-resistant and lightfast, leaving crisp, permanent lines on the page. Whether you're sketching fine linework, writing pages of notes, or layering watercolour washes over your work, the ink stays smudge-free and vivid once fully dry. Note: very heavy, wet overwashes may cause slight movement, so always test on a separate sheet before committing to final marks.
The No. 60 Pigment Ink is compatible with the Lumos, Wren and all Tom's Studio fountain pens. As a pigment-based ink, it requires a little more care than standard dye inks. Using the finest fineliner tips (0.4 mm and below) in the Lumos? Rinse them thoroughly with water after a few days of non-use and allow them to dry completely before refilling, to keep your pen performing at its best.
