The TWSBI ECO Jade Jelly with Bronze Fountain Pen has a crystal clear barrel, with a cap and piston knob in milky jade green. Through the barrel you can watch the piston work and see how much ink is left. Once it is filled, your ink colours the barrel too. The bronze coloured trim is on the clip, the rings and the nib, and the wide cap band carries the TWSBI name.
The steel nib comes in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and Stub 1.1. TWSBI offers a simple rule of thumb: if you write small, take the Extra Fine. Fine is the most popular width, and Medium suits larger handwriting. The cap posts on the back of the pen. When the pen is closed, an inner cap seals the nib.
You fill the ECO with its piston: unscrew the knob at the end, dip the nib in the ink and screw the knob back. Ink is not included, but we stock TWSBI ink separately. A wrench and silicone grease are in the box, so you can maintain the piston yourself.
