The Caran d'Ache Supracolor Soft Aquarelle 40 Colour Pencils Metal Box holds 40 colours from the Caran d'Ache Supracolor Soft Aquarelle range, made in the company's own workshops in Geneva.
Forty colours is enough to learn how far a single colour stretches once water gets involved. This is where most people start with watercolour pencils.
Used dry, Supracolor draws like an ordinary soft coloured pencil; run water over it and the colour dissolves into a wash. That double character has made the range a favourite with hobbyists and working illustrators since 1988. Browse more sets under Caran d’Ache Supracolor Soft Aquarelle, within Coloured Pencils.
