The Kaweco Supra Black Fountain Pen is the big brother of the Liliput: Kaweco designed it back in 1920, with the same simple round shape. This version is turned from solid aluminium and anodised black, with a satin matt brushed finish that feels pleasant in the hand.
At 20 grams the Black is much lighter than the Supra in brass or steel, yet still robust. Weight, length and diameter are well balanced, so your hand does not tire even after long writing sessions. The removable extension piece lets you adjust the length to your hand.
You choose the nib, from extra fine (EF) to extra broad (BB); for beginners Kaweco recommends medium (M). The large nib (size 250) is made in Germany and unscrews easily if you want to change it later. The pen writes with Kaweco ink cartridges. A clip is available separately.
