The TWSBI ECO RootBeer Bronze pairs a cap and piston knob in deep root beer hue with a fully transparent body of clear acrylic. The warm amber shade recalls cold brew coffee and old apothecary glass, while the see through barrel reveals both the ink supply and the piston mechanism at a glance. A faceted hexagonal cap keeps the pen from rolling off the desk, and the bronze trim lends the design a distinctly vintage character.
The polished steel nib carries the same bronze finish and is engraved with the TWSBI logo. Uncapped the pen measures 132 mm and weighs 21 grams, comfortably light and well balanced for extended writing sessions.
The ECO fills exclusively with bottled fountain pen ink. True to TWSBI's design philosophy, the pen disassembles completely for cleaning and maintenance. A wrench and silicone grease are included in the box for long term care of the piston system.
- Transparent barrel in high quality acrylic
- Polished steel nib with bronze finish
- Piston filling system
- Inner cap seal for airtight closure
- Closed length 139 mm, weight 21 g
- Disassembles fully for maintenance; wrench and silicone grease included
