The Pilot Iroshizuku Momiji is a bright red fountain pen ink with a pink hint. Momiji means autumn leaf in Japanese, after the bright red of Japanese maple leaves in autumn. It belongs to the Iroshizuku line, which Pilot launched in 2007 and which draws its colours from nature in Japan.
On paper Momiji is a lively, bright red that leans towards pink. It writes smoothly and lays down a steady amount of ink.
This 15 ml bottle is the handy, compact size from the Iroshizuku range, ideal for trying out a colour or taking with you. Iroshizuku has 24 colours, each with its own Japanese name.
