The Retro 51 Tornado Vintage Metalsmith Poncho Rollerball Pen carries a woven blanket pattern around the barrel. Thin bands run through deep blue, sky blue, orange, yellow, pink, green and red, separated by white and black lines. The print has a matte finish and the fine sawtooth edge of woven thread.
The antique brass trim holds it together. The cap, clip and tip are darkened brass rather than polished, so the colours stay in charge. A blue Aztec graphic sits on the top disc. Half a turn of the knurled top brings the tip out. The pen measures 125 mm, is 12 mm across and weighs 28 grams.
It ships with a black rollerball refill. Replacements are in Retro 51 Refills. The pen comes in a printed tube carrying the Poncho artwork.
