This set brings the Tom Hessin Rebel Jewellers Rouge fountain pen and ballpoint together in one gift box. Both pens have a tapered lacquer barrel with gunmetal trim. Jewellers Rouge refers to Tom Hessin's beginnings in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter: rouge is the compound once used there to polish fine metals.
The fountain pen has a PVD-coated JoWo nib in Medium and a click-close cap. The ballpoint opens and closes with a quarter twist; to refill, twist the top anticlockwise. The gunmetal clip carries five diamond-shaped details, one for each generation of Hessin penmakers.
The set comes in a Tom Hessin gift box with a pen card, ink cartridge, converter and black ballpoint refill, backed by a 2-year mechanical warranty.
