The Pilot Capless Golden Journey Limited Edition 2026 wears a pearl blue lacquer threaded with fine golden veins. The finish takes its cue from kintsugi, the Japanese craft of mending broken pottery with gold so the repair becomes part of the piece rather than something to hide. Every vein runs its own course, so no two pens look quite the same.
What sets the Capless apart is its retractable nib. One click brings the 18 carat gold nib forward, another tucks it away, so you write with the ease of a ballpoint and the feel of a fountain pen. The brass body gives it a reassuring, balanced weight, and the nib comes in Fine, Medium and Broad.
The pen takes Pilot cartridges and a converter, and arrives in an exclusive gift box finished with the same kintsugi motif. The Golden Journey is limited to 2026 pieces worldwide.
