The Sailor Shikiori Miruai is a fountain pen ink from the Shikiori range, in dark green leaning to teal, with an indigo undertone. Miruai means seaweed indigo, and the ink carries that name.
On smooth paper a mostly black sheen appears on top. Sailor makes the Shikiori inks in Japan, the same house best known for its nibs. The ink is water based and flows smoothly from most fountain pens.
The bottle holds 20 ml in a faceted glass jar. Shikiori runs to more than twenty colours.
- Colour: dark green leaning to teal, with an indigo undertone.
